MTV presents a special afternoon of new episodes from the award winning documentary series “True Life” on Saturday, September 29th from 2pm to 6pm ET/PT. Included in the marathon is the compelling “True Life: I Live on The Border” which documents the culture clash on the border between the U.S and Mexico. This episode will be simulcast on MTV and MTV Tr3s at 5pm ET/PT.



“True Life: I Live on The Border” documents the journey of three young people caught up in the struggle where two different worlds intersect. From those who have physically climbed barbed wire fences in an attempt to find a better life, to others who patrol the border with armed weapons in hand, everyone living on the border has a story to tell.



True Life explores topics relevant to young people by telling their stories through first-person accounts and delves into issues on cultural trends covering matters relating to lifestyle subjects such as health, sex drugs, spirituality, money and more.
