Set in the once lush and now decadent resort town of Acapulco, two interlaced stories unfold over the course of the same long, hot day. The first story involves the beautiful and cool Fernanda (Diana Garcia), who is dealing with the unexpected emergence of her irresistible ex-lover, Chino (Emilio Valdes). Fernanda’s current boyfriend, Gonzalo (Juan Pablo Castaneda) is now faced with the undeniable and intense sexual tension shared by Fernanda and Chino. The second story involves Jamie (Fernando Becerril), a simple office worker with multiple secret indiscretions. Jamie’s attempted suicide in a beachfront hotel is foiled by a precocious and equally deceitful teenage girl, Tigrillo (Miriana Moro). All five lives converge in a stark and harrowing portrayal of moral ambiguity.
