SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) , the Official Satellite Radio Partner of NASCAR, will provide the most comprehensive radio coverage available of the races and events of NASCAR NEXTEL All-Star Challenge Week.

On Saturday, May 19, SIRIUS will broadcast the NASCAR All-Star Challenge (9:00 pm ET) live from Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, NC on SIRIUS NASCAR Radio, channel 128. The non-points event features NASCAR's best drivers competing for a $1 million first-place prize. In addition to the race call on channel 128, SIRIUS will present 10 additional Driver2Crew Chatter(TM) channels that will combine the race broadcast with the in-car audio of 10 different race teams.

During the NASCAR NEXTEL All-Star Challenge, SIRIUS subscribers can hear the following:

On Wednesday, May 16, SIRIUS will present the first-ever radio broadcast of the NASCAR NEXTEL Pit Crew Challenge at the Charlotte Bobcats Arena. SIRIUS' coverage will air live from 7:00-10:00 pm ET featuring live play-by-play by Steve Post and Mike Bagley as well as interviews with crew chiefs and other competitors. For the first time, the Pit Crew Challenge will be directly linked to the All-Star Challenge, as the finishing order in the pit crew competition will determine the selection order of pit stalls for Saturday's main event.

On "NASCAR Day," Friday, May 18, SIRIUS NASCAR Radio will broadcast live from 7:00 am-7:00 pm ET from at the Sam Bass Gallery outside Lowe's Motor Speedway, site of the first ever NASCAR Day Telethon. Fans can call 1-888-May18th (1-888-629-1884) on NASCAR Day to make a donation and help the 30-plus driver, team and track charities that the NASCAR Foundation supports year round. SIRIUS' coverage will include interviews with several current and former drivers participating in the telethon including Greg Biffle, Ward Burton, Brendan Gaughan, Jeff Gordon, Robby Gordon, Ernie Irvan, Dale Jarrett, Jimmie Johnson, Juan Pablo Montoya, Ryan Newman and Elliott and Hermie Sadler. SIRIUS NASCAR Radio's NASCAR Day broadcasts will also be streamed live, free of charge, at NASCAR.com.

In addition to carrying the All-Star Challenge, SIRIUS' live race coverage will include Friday's NASCAR NEXTEL All-Star Challenge Qualifying (7:00 pm ET) followed by the Quaker Steak & Lube 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race (8:30 pm ET). On Saturday, SIRIUS will also air the NEXTEL Open (7:30 pm ET), the prelude to the All-Star race which features two 20-lap segments and allows the first and second place finishers to qualify for the All-Star race later that night.

SIRIUS NASCAR Radio, channel 128, which gives listeners 24/7 coverage of every race and everything in between, will broadcast live from Lowe's Motor Speedway throughout the weekend, providing listeners with up-to-the-minute news, analysis and interviews daily.
