Los Angeles, January 8, 2007 – We had a hunch there’d be a high profile crowd at the premiere of this little documentary called "God Grew Tired of Us", and not only because the story involves Hollywood’s obsession, distressed African children. The film’s production team includes Brad Pitt, his close friend Catherine Keener, and her husband Dermot Mulroney. Oh, and Nicole Kidman narrates.
Pitt’s squeeze, humanitarian Angelina Jolie, came out to help publicize the story about lost Sudanese boys. Pitt and Jolie whispered and giggled together.
Kidman flew in from Australia; she was typically aloof, but finally cracked a smile when photographers called her “Mrs. Urban”.
