FOOD NETWORK EMBARKS ON WORLDWIDE EXPLORATION IN NEW SERIES, HAVE FORK, WILL TRAVEL

In the new Food Network series Have Fork, Will Travel, food lover and comedian Zane Lamprey travels the globe to celebrate something that people everywhere have in common – eating! Premiering Tuesday, September 4th at 9:30pm ET/PT, the half-hour primetime series follows the American “fish-out-of-water” across various countries as he attempts to broaden his palate through exotic foods and new traditions and customs.

“Zane has an approachable ‘every man’ quality about him that our viewers will be able to relate to,” said Bob Tuschman, Senior Vice President, Programming and Production. “He’s a man who loves to eat and who will inject his trademark humor into his discovery of foreign cultures.”

Zane is on the culinary adventure of a lifetime vowing to try almost any food in order to learn about people and their cultures. Whether he's eating an entire Moroccan meal with his fingers or learning not to look directly at a Korean elder during dinner, Zane will engage in local etiquette and traditions. This season, Zane travels to many exotic locales including France, Jamaica, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Thailand, Norway and Russia. He will learn the traditions of Brazilian cowboys, stuff himself full of bouillabaisse and sample authentic Jamaican jerk cooking, to name a few.

Zane Lamprey has had a successful television career as an actor and host. He has starred in shows for MTV, VH-1 and Comedy Central. In addition to Have Fork, Will Travel, Zane currently hosts the series Three Sheets for the MOJO Network. Zane, who lives in Los Angeles, is married and he and his wife are currently expecting their first child.
