Michael Jacobson, CEO of Premiere Publishing Group, Inc., who also serves as Editor/Publisher of Trump Magazine, executed a letter of intent on Friday, October 6, 2006 between Sobe Life, LLC and Trump World Publications, Inc. (Mr. Trump) to pursue production on an animation series featuring Mr. Trump and other Trump executives. "Our first step is producing two shorts and a pilot to present back to Mr. Trump for approval," noted Jacobson. "We have interest from major animation houses and television networks to produce the series, and project the shorts and pilot to be produced within 90 days, with the series in production First Quarter 2007."
Jacobson added, "I keep my office door open -- something Donald taught me a long time ago -- as you never know where the next great idea will come from." Mitchell Schultz, a business associate of Mr. Jacobson, initiated the idea for a Trump animation project. Jacobson bought the idea from Schultz, and retains all rights as per a Buy/Sell Agreement.
