Los Angeles, October 4, 2006 – We thought at first it was a publicity stunt, but given Robin Williams’ recent stint in rehab, it would have been in poor taste, even for a Hollywood studio, to send a drunk staggering onto the red carpet, swigging from a bottle at the "Man of the Year" premiere. Believe it or not, a city bus stopped in the middle of the street in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theater – where there was no bus stop – and a man got off, walked unnoticed to the red carpet, pulled a bottle of booze out of his back pocket and proceeded to guzzle. Finally, security guards noticed, and shooed him away. Obviously, the crasher’s rehab didn’t take as well as Williams’, who looked great.
