Actor Colin Farrell has been granted a temporary restraining order against the woman who disrupted his appearance on 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' last Thursday. A Los Angeles judge has ordered that 31-year-old Dessarae Bradford stay at least 150 yards away from the actor.
Last Thursday while Farrell was appearing on Leno, Bradford walked out of the audience and onto the stage to hand Farrell some papers or books. She was then escorted off the stage and out of the building by security and told she would be arrested if she returned.
Apparently, this is not the first time she has harassed Farrell. She has tried to sue the actor on numerous occasions. Reps for Farrell say he has never met or spoken to Bradford before and says all previous suits she has filed are completely without merit. One suit filed by Bradford claims Farrell assaulted her and slandered her. Like her previous suits, this one was thrown out of court.
A hearing on the restraining order will be held next month on a Los Angeles courtroom. The judge can then make the temporary order permanent.
