Los Angeles, April 19, 2006 – It’s amazing what people can do when given a chance. After years of zaniness and ranting, model/reality show alum/self-promoter Janice Dickinson has settled down and morphed into a dignified business owner, opening her own modeling agency.

Members of the local Rotary club gathered on Hollywood Boulevard for a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and everyone giggled when Dickinson couldn’t cut the ribbon. “I can’t use scissors! I don’t sew; I’m a model!” the town’s newest taxpayer protested, and allowed her son, Nathan, to assist. (Yes, Janice Dickinson is also a Supermom.) Janice was ebullient, and even thanked her former "America’s Next Top Model" co-star by saying, “Eat your heart out, Tyra!”

Happily, we can all learn from Janice’s business acumen by watching the reality show in which Oxygen channel will follow her startup adventures. And really, the woman knows how to make money: “I taught Paris Hilton everything she knows”, Janice insisted.
