Last night on The Next Food Network Star, the field was narrowed the down to two: Guy Fieri and Reggie Southerland. America will now decide the winner by voting online at http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/show_nf_vote or by texting-in the name of the finalist they want to vote for to FOODN, or 36636. Viewers will be able to place their votes until Thursday, April 20 at 9am ET/6am PT.
The winner of The Next Food Network Star will be announced during the hour long finale on Sunday, April 23 at 11pm ET/8pm PT and will receive a six-episode contract to film his own show, which will premiere in June 2006. During the finale, Guy and Reggie have the rare opportunity to spend time with chef and judge Bobby Flay in the kitchen, preparing a meal for surprise guests--the previously eliminated contestants! The entire group sits down for a reunion dinner as host Marc Summers takes a look back at how the season unfolded. Then the winner of The Next Food Network Star is revealed!

GUY FIERI - Guy, 38 (Santa Rosa, CA) likes to make people happy through his food. An owner of four restaurants in California, he likes to mix food styles to create new, unique flavor combinations. (One of his restaurants combines Southern BBQ with Sushi.) This charismatic father of two involves his nine-year-old son wherever he can and thinks food should be fun.
REGGIE SOUTHERLAND - Reggie, 39 (Los Angeles, CA) is a man who loves to bake and is completely self-taught. He recently helped to open the Comfort Café, where he helps as a cook and baker and also caters on the side. Reggie adds a personal touch to everything he makes and enjoys cooking with a fusion of southern comfort/urban gourmet styles.
