Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt have put their Beverly Hills mansion up for sale. The asking price: $28 million.
The couple, whose divorce recently became official, purchased the home in 2001 for $13.5 million. It was designed by Wallace Neff and comes fully equipped with an outdoor fireplace, pool, tennis court and spa.
Neither of the actors lives in the home at present. Pitt bought a new residence in Malibu for $8 million last spring and is using that as his primary residence. Aniston has been renting a $15 million home in Malibu.
The couple separated in January and Aniston filed for divorce in March on the grounds of irreconcilable differences. The divorce became finalized Sunday. Since the couple separated, tabloids have linked Pitt romantically to 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith' co-star Angelina Jolie.
