New York, November 3, 2005 – Liv Tyler, who has remained elusive since giving birth to her son Milo in December, finally stepped off the mommy track for a glamorous bash launching the new Fendi store on Fifth Avenue. Despite having been on every party list for the past few months, Tyler stayed away; it took Fendi to finally draw her out of the house. Lindsay Lohan, Isabella Rossellini and Sophie Dahl were checking out the merchandise at the 80-year-old fashion firm’s newest palace. Giorgio Armani paid his respects to fellow designers Karl Lagerfeld and Silvia Fendi, before slipping off to Alicia Keys’ incredible concert at Lincoln Center. We headed over there too; more on that later.
