New York, November 1, 2005 – Tuesday brought another set of dueling movie premieres, and this time there was family involved. Maggie Gyllenhaal was torn between joining boyfriend Peter Sarsgaard at the premiere of his film, "The Dying Gaul", or "Bee Season", scripted by her mother, Naomi Foner Gyllenhaal. Mags went with her man, and though word was that the couple would drop in to the "Bee Season" after party, we finally left with no kids in site. Mom Gyllenhaal didn’t seem to mind, and Richard Gere stayed for hours, chatting animatedly, along with charming British newcomer Max Minghella, Anthony’s son.
