The homeless man who broke into the rented home of actress Jennifer Aniston in Malibu was sentenced to one year in jail and was ordered to undergo psychological counseling by a Los Angeles judge.
David Hesterbey, 49, took a cab ride from Santa Barbara to Malibu at a cost of $250 to get to Aniston's temporary residence. He then climbed a nine-foot-tall fence and actually entered Aniston's house before her staff confronted him. Aniston was on location in Chicago shooting a film and was not in the house when Hesterbey broke in.
Hesterbey entered a no contest plea to charges of burglary and was ordered to stay away from Aniston for 10 years.
Aniston was living in Malibu shortly after her separation and divorce from ex-husband Brad Pitt.
