PETA: Fur a No-No for J. Lo, OK for Snoop Dogg

New York, May 3 – Well, East Coast protesters may be more aggressive than the Californians, but they’re not too quick on the uptake. In New York on Tuesday to talk up her new movie, "Monster-in-Law", on the "Late Show" with David Letterman, Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony were met at the studio by shouting, sign-waving protesters. J. Lo wasn’t wearing a fur at the time, but that didn’t stop one protester from lunging at the pop star; he was stopped and led away in handcuffs. About twenty minutes before Lopez arrived, the PETA activists stood meekly by as rapper Snoop Dogg, the talk show's musical guest, waltzed in right in front of them, wearing a fur coat.
