New York, March 7 – Broadway and Hollywood greats came together to honor brother and sister Rob and Kathleen Marshall, who were recognized by their peers in The Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation with the 2005 “Mr. Abbott” award.
While the Marshalls may not be household names, their projects certainly are. After his stellar career on Broadway, Rob won an Oscar for directing his very first film, "Chicago". Kathleen learned a lot by her brother’s side - her choreography in "Wonderful Town" won her a Tony Award.
Talented folks like Chita Rivera, Donna Murphy, Anne Hathaway, Renee Zellweger (suddenly redheaded) and John C. Reilly helped celebrate the Marshalls’ award.
