He's been mentioned on and off quite often around the Marvel hero 'Iron Man', so actor Tom Cruise felt it was time to set the record straight.
"It's not happening. Not with me," Cruise told Sci-Fi Wire. "They ... came to me at a certain point, and you know, when I do something, I want to do it right. And, you know, if I commit to something, it has to be done in a way that I know it's going to be something special. And that ... as it was lining up, it just didn't feel to me like it was going to work."
Not that he really needed the gig. Aside from the currently filming 'War Of The Worlds', Cruise has 'Mission:Impossible 3' to do next, and is producing seven movies for 2005-2006 with his Cruise/Wagner Company. News also come from the folks at BloodyDisgusting that the actor and 'War' director Spielberg enjoy each other so much, talks have begun to reunite with a western pic.
