A second woman has come forward and accused comedian Bill Cosby of inappropriate sexual behavior. 57-year-old Tamara Green claims that Cosby drugged her and violated her 'in the worst possible way' approximately 30 years ago. She also claims he left two $100 bills on her coffee table before leaving the next morning.
Green told reporter Greta Van Susteren that after Cosby drugged her and put her in bed, 'he began to molest me and violate me. He basically violated me in the worst possible way,' she said. Green then added that Cosby did not actually rape her because she was able to prevent it despite her alleged condition. 'I did have the wherewithal to tell him that if he raped me he would have to kill me,' said Green.
Cosby denied Green's claim. He is presently being accused by an employee of Temple University with almost identical charges in an incident that allegedly took place a year ago. Green said the similarity between her incident and the new case was one reason she came forward now after 30 years.
The District Attorney investigating the new charge against Cosby told Fox News that an event that happened that long ago would not be made part of the investigation. 'Generally, an accusation from over 30 years ago is not going to be considered admissible in court or relevant to an investigation,' said First Assistant District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman.
Cosby's attorney, Walter M. Phillips, Jr., called Green's claims 'absolutely false.' He added, 'Mr. Cosby does not know the name Tamara Green or Tamara Lucier [her maiden name] and the incident she describes did not happen.'
