New York, August 15-19 – For mid-August, when it seems everyone is on the Riviera, or at least in the Hamptons, there were some pretty big stars rolling around steamy New York City. Even when you’re married to Cindy Crawford, George Clooney is hard to resist. Cindy’s hubby, bar magnate Rande Gerber, squired Clooney around town for a few days this week, but it wasn’t just social. The two are business partners, reportedly opening a hotel in Las Vegas along with Brad Pitt. Pitt’s other half, Angelina Jolie, was also in the Apple this week, and she gave newly adopted daughter Zahara a taste of culture with a trip to the Guggenheim Museum. Like Angelina, Julia Stiles may or may not have a new guy. The young actress and a mystery man took in "The Constant Gardner" in Manhattan on Wednesday evening.
