A 24-year-old man took the stand in the Michael Jackson child molestation trial yesterday and gave detailed testimony about how Jackson allegedly molested him when he was a teenager. According to the witness, Jackson touched his groin area on three separate occasions; twice over his clothes at Jackson's Los Angeles condominium and once under his shorts and the Neverland Ranch.

'He was tickling me. I was wearing shorts again. … He reached on my leg and I'm still laughing and he reached up to my privates,' the witness said when he described the alleged third incident. The man's voice broke many times during his testimony.

The witness said his mother was Jackson's personal maid at the time of the alleged molestation. He said that Jackson gave him $100 after the first two incidents but nothing after the third.

The man had difficulty with his testimony on numerous occasions, often wiping tears from his eyes. At one point, the witness said, 'This took a lot of counseling to get over, just to let you know.' The defense objected to that comment and had it stricken from the record.

The incidents described by the witness allegedly took place in 1990 but the witness did not tell anybody about it until 1993. The boy was seven years old in 1990 when he claims he was molested by Jackson.

The witness reportedly received a $2.4 million settlement from Jackson in 1994. No criminal charges were ever filed. He was called by the prosecution to demonstrate the singer's past history of allegedly molesting young boys and to show a pattern of such behavior by Jackson.
