The redhead, 37, stars as ANNA, who believes a young boy, played by CAMERON BRIGHT, is her reincarnated dead husband.

Many disgusted viewers walked out of the cinema at the VENICE FILM FESTIVAL last night (07SEP04) after a shocking nude scene featuring Kidman and the boy sharing an erotic bath.

The movie's director JONATHAN GLAZER was disappointed by the reaction but is thrilled it is the front-runner for this year's (04) prestigious GOLDEN LION prize.
