American Pie director Steve Rash would make Michael Eisner proud for his persistence in continuing a shameless money-making franchise! Rash is moving forward quick for his next chapter, entitled 'American Pie 4: Band Camp'.
Red-Hot 19-year-old Arielle Kebbel has been given a starring spot as a band member (from the titular band camp) who vies to fit in a snotty school. The lovely woman will truly make her presence known in 2005, with parts in 'Be Cool', 'The Kid & I' and 'Intellectual Property'.
Also co-starring in 'Pie 4' are newcomers Richard Keith and Laura Mayhew. But most surprising are talks of Eugene Levy reprising his role of Jim's dad, even though Jim isn't even part of the new movie.
No production schedule was presented for the new 'Pie', but chances are Universal will try to sneak it into its predecessor's summer spot.
