Reps for 'That 70's Show' star Wilmer Valeramma confirmed to People Mag that his relationship with teen queen Lindsay Lohan is over.

The two had been an item for better part of the year, until Lohan's work load in movies and music landed her on a hospital bed, diagnosed with exhaustion. After a quick rest, she went through he commitment of appearing on Wil's show (as his character's new girlfriend), which aired just last week. Days later, the announcement came.

No detail or reason were given for the split, but a spokeswoman for Valderamma said the situation to be amicable, with both parties remaining close friends.

Lohan won't have much time to reflect on the break-up, as she's working on 'Herbie: Fully Loaded' along Michael Keaton for Disney, and has a new album out next month.

As for Wilmer, it's just another conquest to put behind him. The young Casanova has previously dated young stars Mandy Moore, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Lacey Chabert (not at the same time, like Aaron Carter…). Although his hit show bows out after the current season, he's hopeful to launch a movie career starting with 'Beauty Shop'.
