Second Unit Helmer Simon Crane will make his directorial debut with Adrenaline for Intermedia Films.

The project is an action story set in the world of thrill seekers who use their death-defying skills to pull off seemingly impossible heists.

"Simon is one of the best in the business when it comes to the 'no holds barred' action scenes that make up this movie, and Mike Finch has given him a great vehicle for a nonstop roller coaster ride with strong characters and inventive set pieces," said Scott Kroopf, president of Intermedia's Motion Picture Group.

The film was written by Mike Finch, who has just finished up penning Aoen Flux.
