Canadian actress Sarah Polley is in talks to star alongside Chris O'Donnell in the feature adaptation of "Cock & Bull".

Based on the fantasy novel by British author Will Self, the dark comedy chronicles the transformation of an ordinary middle-class woman who, stuck in an alcohol-ridden marriage, becomes a man.

Director Matt Nix, known mainly for a string of shorts, will adapt from his own screenplay, under "About Schmidt" exec producer Rachael Horovitz.
