Although actor Chazz Palmentieri is ready to jump onboard the rumoured "Usual Suspects" Sequel, it seems that his co-star Kevin Spacey shares the fans' opinion: Why oh why?(!)
Questioned on the potential project during a Q&A session this weekend in Washington, the Oscar Winner made his feelings quite clear.
"I think they shouldn't touch it; leave it alone", says the actor.
Spacey had been working in Hollywood for a number of years before "Usual Suspects", but truly became a star after his Oscar-winning turn as Roger 'Verbal' Kint. But contrary to some of his co-stars (like Stephen Baldwin), he just doesn't need the salary that bad.
And as for Bryan Singer, who broke out with the original, his current agenda provides him the perfect excuse to stay away from the sequel. After filming "Superman Reborn" next year, he's set to jump right away on "Logan's Run".
