In an interview earlier this week, "Blade Trinity" writer/director David Goyer revealed that the DVD release would include an extended cut of the movie, including an interesting alternate ending that won't make it into theatres.

The scrapped ending sees Abigail Whistler and Hannibal King (Jessica Biel and Ryan Reynolds) visiting a biker bar to take on a…werewolf. The switch in creatures could've opened up fresh new possibilities for a franchise Spin-Off. Thanks to genre website Dread Central, an exclusive image has popped up from that very ending (see below).

In related news, wrestling star Triple-H, who co-stars in "Trinity", told IESB.net that he has been approached to take on the role of Conan in a franchise revival.

"There's been talking about it," said the big guy. "John Milius, who is writing the next Conan, has spoken to me already, I met with him a few times, he's a friend of mine over the years, He actually wrote another project specifically for me, but he's talked to me about doing Conan down the line so we'll see what happens."
