The fingerprints of Michael Jackson and the boy he is accused of molesting were both found on pornographic magazines seized from Jackson's Neverland Ranch according to a report by CNN.
The magazines were taken during a search of Jackson's ranch last year, not during the search conducted last week according to officials.
The fingerprints will likely lead to prosecution claims that Jackson was showing the boy pornography prior to molesting him. However, because the accusor had been at the ranch at times Jackson was not there, the defense will argue that the boy looked at the magazines on his own when the pop star was not present.
Neither Jackson's attorney nor the prosecutor's office would comment on the report due to a gag order that the judge has in place on both sides. Jackson's trial on child molestation charges is scheduled to begin on January 31st.
