Yang Enterprises, Inc. Responds to allegations of participating in development of vote manipulation software prototype

While various sources continue to look into the truth regarding Clinton Curtis allegations on vote tampering software, (See previous articles in Elites TV Programmer claims GOP requested/obtained Vote Tampering Software - http://www.elitestv.com/pub/2004/Dec/EEN41b5f8f70cbf8.html and Election Fraud Software Whistleblower Update - http://www.elitestv.com/pub/2004/Dec/EEN41b862e1c8b9d.html ) the outside general counsel for Yang Enterprises, Inc., Michael A. O'Quinn, Esquire from Fowler & O'Quinn, P. A. in Orlando Florida commented thusly:

Dear Sir or Madam,

As outside general counsel to Yang Enterprises, Inc., please be advised that Yang Enterprises, Inc.'s response to the allegations of Mr. Curtis is as follows:

(1) Mr. Curtis's allegations are categorically false; and

(2) Mr. Curtis is a disgruntled former employee trying to harm a former employer by lying and making false allegations.

Thank you

The above statement directly contradicts an answer to a FAQ on Brad Blog's secondary website, Brad Blog Too, http://bradblogtoo.blogspot.com/ which originally broke the story and discusses Mr. Curtis description of the conditions under which he left employ at Yang Enterprises as follows:

Curtis has told me, and sworn in his affidavit, that he resigned from YEI effective December 2000. He has added that he stayed on at YEI until at least February or March of 2001 until they were able to find a replacement for him.

Additional sources (who I hope to be able to name on the record shortly) have told me that YEI actually threw him a going-away party when he submitted his resignation! And that he was asked to stay on for six more weeks at YEI after the person hired to replace him, had quit on the same day.

I've found no indication that those claims are untrue, aside from sources related to Tom Feeney who have suggested the 'disgrunted employee' angle on several occassions, but have presented no evidence to support that charge...

While parts of this story seem to be degenerating into a 'He said, she said', thus far, efforts to check into Mr. Curtis story by Brad Friedman of Brad Blog, John Byrne of Blue Lemur, and Bev Harris of BlackBoxVoting.org all seem to point to Mr. Curtis providing an accurate account of events. More details will be reported here at Elites TV as soon as they are available.
