Julia Roberts has two movies set for release in December, but it's the other winter release that she has most on her mind -- the birth of her twins.
With motherhood on the horizon, the 36 year old actress is planning a break from her busy Hollywood schedule to make room for diaper duty. The Oscar-winning actress has two movies coming in December, but after that she has no plans for a return anytime soon.
'I'm not planning anything,' Roberts said in a Newsweek magazine interview. 'I can't imagine how big I'm going to get in the next three months, but ... you just kind of play it as it comes. I'm allowed to do that, aren't I?'
The actress has not divulged the date the twins are expected. It has been reported to be somewhere around the Christmas season.
Her other Holiday releases will be -- 'Ocean's 12,' Steven Soderbergh's sequel to 2001's casino heist caper, starring George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and Catherine Zeta-Jones; and 'Closer,' an intense relationship drama directed by Mike Nichols and costarring Jude Law, Natalie Portman and Clive Owen.
In an ironic twist, Julia Roberts took over the role in 'Closer' when Cate Blanchett bowed out due to her pregnancy.
Roberts will take the break from movie-making and make her pregnancy and her children her first priority.
Though her pregnancy has only begun to show, she says in the interview 'It does kind of happen overnight. You wake up and go, `Oh my God!''
Roberts, who won the best-actress Oscar in 2001 for 'Erin Brokovich,' married cinematographer Daniel Moder in July 2002. The twins will be the first children for Roberts.
